the intital experiance is fine, if you like being told what your going to get not what you want. heaven forbid that you have an issue because you will have better chance of getting an answer from a rock. they refuse to call back with issues and even better will not honor a warranty that they are supposed to as suppliers of products. Never using this company again and would not recommend people at all.
