*Investors Beware* *Geologist & Pit/Field Tech Beware* both Superintendents at Rosemont are lazy and incompetent, Exploration Department is a complete disaster, absolutely no organization. Exploration manager sleeps in the office and does nothing all day, the guy is milking it, the fieldy's are turning in inaccurate samples and not stop smoking and taking breaks, geologist pretend to know "stuff", the inter-department fighting and sabotage, no leadership and hiring personnel with no skill or passion for the job, there is no wonder why they can't find any more gold. This place is going downhill, fast! *avoid this place at all cost*
As wonderful as the workers are, management has a lot to answer for as does corporate.
Allowing bullying, harassment, verbal abuse, discrimination and multiple formal complaints against poor treatment to be swept under the rug. Whole departments have left yet no one is asking why.
Allowing a shortage of staff to leave sites open an exposed not to mention the people. At times no medical personnel or safety advisors on site.
Under resourcing also not allowing people to do what they need to do to be able to do their jobs.
Excessive pressure on departments to preform yet Regis will not spend the money or get staff.
They do not consider the safety and well-being of their staff nor do they value that their workers or the amazing people that they have.
