The old lady named “Aud” was very rude and didn’t tell the truth to customer when I tried to buy some gift cards for Christmas.
At first she said everyone can only buy two, but the other customers and her colleagues said everyone can buy five. She knew that but just said shhhh to her colleagues. It’s first lie. After she scanned five cards barcode and I already paid on card, she said I only can take four cards out. Omg😡 Come on I already paid...
It’s unfriendly she tried to lie me about the maximum amount. It didn’t say the maximum either the catalog or in the shop. How do customer knows? I totally follow the rules and I respect the policy. What I can’t accept is the lady try to lie me two times. And the way she talked is really rude and unfriendly.
I always buy food and everything necessary in Cloes. This experience was very terrible I never been before. It’s my first time to Vasse and I’ll never come back again.
