About F45 Training
F45 Training is the new training technique leaving the competition and clients gasping for air. F45 is the most innovative, challenging and systemised team training workout in the world.
Every day throughout the week we offer a different 45 minute high intensity workout. Each daily workout is created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 4,000+ different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.
F45 North Adelaide is one of the larger F45 training studios and site amenities include toilets and showers, on-site body scanning equipment and a large rear car park. The site is also close to numerous cafes and shops.
