Iron Kingdom Gyms are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including all public holidays. On top of our friendly service each gym also houses qualified Personal Trainers to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our facilities house a wide and diverse range of exercise equipment, including first-rate Hammer Strength equipment.
