We are a holistic gym located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. At YAH we provide two distinct programs to service all of our members. This being our Athlete Development Program and our Group Training Program. Both of our programs address nutrition, wellbeing, hydration, recovery and adopt S&C principle training.
