About YMCA Caloundra
YMCA Caloundra is one of the Sunshine Coast’s premier Gymnastics centres and also hosts a range of fitness classes for teens and mature adults. Located in the heart of Caloundra just minutes from Stockland and the beachfront, our facility has a wide range of group fitness equipment and a fully fitted gymnasium.
All year round, we run gymnastics classes for infants, children and adults. All ages and skill levels are welcome to try our traditional gymnastics lessons, or a fun casual class like Ninja Obstacles. Our PrYme Movers fitness classes for adults and seniors have also become part of many people’s weekly routine. Build mobility, strength and coordination while also making friends.
