Caught up with a friend last Friday and she was telling me how she got a 50% off deal, went in for her first treatment and got a burn. The staff tried to tell her it was something like a pigment issue at first, but then moved to blaming it on prior fake tan (apparently fake tan can cause issues with the laser treatment.... she had fake tan a full 3 weeks prior lol). But she's not one to argue so went with it to avoid the confrontation). They mutually decided to reschedule the appointment for a couple weeks later.... When she went in for that appointment she was told the 50% voucher was no longer valid. She left. Never going back. 0/10 for customer care and service!
Worst experience so far. Availed the pigment free package and add more money as they use PICO. Done all the sessions and religiously applied their products on my face but nothing happens. My pigmentation worsen and spread out. Look horrible after 5 months of waiting. So depressing for me as my friends and relatives were keep on asking what happen to my face :(... So unhappy with the result.... Clinic recommended additional sessions and of course additional payment but seems nothing works at the moment. Totally waste of money. I DONT recommend this clinic.
