Avoid. My hair is ruined! If you need a good hair cut, don't go there. The "tidy up" of my grown out long hair ended up in a cut totally out of wack (took her just 10 mins). Teagan acknowledged that it was not even and I asked for a correction which was done, but still the cut is out of wack. It looks like I have a helmet put on (top layer) of a longer layer. No style, no movement, just cut the tips of in a way it looks like I had done it myself!! The product put on for styling still sticks to my hair after washing it. My hair was shiny and healthy, moving in a natural flow before. Now I got this volumenizer on, sticking to my hair like glue. My hair looks dull, stiff and dirty, with all the softness gone. If you have long hair and love it, don't go there. Very disappointing after all these great reviews. Maybe they do a good job colouring, but definitely not cutting long hair. Lucky it's winter time. My hubby suggested better wearing a beanie. So you'll see me around for the next 6 months wearing a pony tail and beanies LOL (NOT!)
