it was terrible, i bought a groupon and had to change my appointment, (because I became ill!!!!)rang up no one answeredi they didnt bother to call back but went ahead to cancel my appointment and forfeit my voucher and didnt ring back!! They refused to reschedule n refused to let me reinstate n just flatly said it was my fault for not reading it n it's null n void. How would they feel about paying money for a treatment that gets forfeited without any verification. The worse groupon experience I ever had. Don't ever go to !!!They are absolutely terrible in their customer service!!! i have never been so pissed off before with shops and salons. Which customer would buy a voucher pay money and willingly cancel it without negotiating any rearrangements for another time?! I'm not running a charity service and donating money to their shop man! Aweful. Feel like slammin the phone on them. DONT EVER GO THERE!
