Did the job

I had long hair. I thought to cut hair before my holiday trip. I wanted 3 steps layered cut. That Asian girl does not understand English. She cut my hair so bad that just ruined my holiday. I wanted the hair like the 1st pic. But got the second one. The long hair looks like a tail with bunch of hair. Even I understood the mistake she did- the 2nd step of my hair needed to be longer. But lady cut so short and ruined my hair.
