I have been searching for a new hair dresser closer to home for a while. Very happy with my first visit, the ladies were very accommodating with my time pressures too. Looking forward to my next visit
Booked a first appointment with high expectations and looking forward to a relaxing afternoon. I could not have been more disappointed.
The receptionist had booked me in for the incorrect service and the stylist told me I wouldn't be able to have what I wanted done due to the lack of time. I was made to feel like the error was mine despite having my appointment request in writing in an email.
I was shown a complete disrespect at the waste of my time, the owner who overheard our conversation wasn't even bothered to get involved to apologise or help rectify the situation.
I ended up walking out and will not be back.
I am unsurprised by Amy's ignorant response below as she did not take the time to even speak with me.
I have not had a full head of foils in the 20 years I have been having my hair professionally coloured. I am therefore am not 'unsure of what to ask for'. I simply wanted my re-growth coloured, face framing foils and a hair cut. The stylist told me 'I was only booked in for face framing foils' and a reschedule was not even offered nor a sincere apology which would have sufficed.
To then state that you want people leaving the salon 'feeling their best' is laughable, not only did I feel terrible leaving your salon, your condescending reply to my review has made me feel worse.
