been twice to this salon, both times I’ve never had to wait any longer then 30 minutes (which is pretty easy time to pass in a shopping centre), and each time the stylists I had were lovely. Went in today with hair that had been blonde to brown and back multiple times and hadn’t been professionally done for over a year (and is very thick and long), but my stylist (unfortunately Ive forgotten her name!) was super lovely and informative and was regularly checking in with me during my treatment and cut. Listened to what I wanted and my hair looked and felt amazing and ended up with a treatment, cut and a shampoo & conditioner at a very fair price. Highly recommend, particularly if like me you have hair concerns such as dry and damaged hair.
