I originally had blonde hair with brown regrowth and had an appointment to get a full head of blonde foils and then pink put over the top, the results came out great but the roots went brassy after washing. After contacting to express my concerns Sophie wanted to get me in asap to make sure I was happy.
After a second visit I was blown away by the results and the amazing customer service and Sophie even went above and beyond with some extra styling and some gifts ???? I said OMG over and over the whole drive home! Thankyou so much Sophie! ????
