Terrible customer service. Requested no blow dry, but they refused. So cancelled my appointment, meanwhile they had instantly taken my money out over phone. Requested this back. The owner was very rude about it and unprofessional. I waited 10 days to get my money after several phone calls and visits, with which there were no apologies. Repeatedly telling me the money had been deposited but wasn’t. Finally after 10 day I have my money back……
