My usual colour stylist had called in sick and since it was my wedding the following week I had no choice but to see someone else at Mister Morris; the colour stylist I was put with probably did the worst colour job I've ever had done! I asked if she could make me darker (again it was for my wedding) and she said it was too much work and made me lighter; I asked if she could at least match my hair colour to my clip in extensions (no match at all but lied to me and said it matched at the end of the appointment) I was booked in for a trim and some other services but again told me it was too much work and she didn't have the time. You would think a hairdresser would have some empathy for a bride whose wedding was a week later but she also turned someone else away that day who also had a booking. I was charged $220 for yellow hair and had to then go across the road to another salon who couldn't believe that Mister Morris let me walk out like that..... another $200+ to colour correct my hair.
