Very professional service with friendly and informative staff. I was very pleased with the results of my colour after having a less than satisfied result from other salons. Costs were competitive with other salons. Will be definitely returning and highly recommended.
I thought I found a new salon after 8 years of being with another salon. But now not so sure! Had an amazing experience and fabulous colour. Went back for regrow and toner, but walked out with a completely different colour, that is, from having warm caramel/blondes to dark brown. Platinum Hair appeared happy, I thought to fix the problem by putting in foils to lighten the hair, to bring it back to the original colour they had originally given me, which again was an amazing experience, but to my shock, I had to pay ???? Seriously!!!
