Nothing worse than walking out of the hairdressers feeling/looking worse than when you walked in. My review is based on me being very specific about what i wanted, having a pic for reference and asking if it could be done with my hair (which could be totally diff to models) and being told yes. Then getting something quite different/dull & aging! I feel the hairdresser could have done something funky & fresh but went for old & boring. Wasn't happy with the foils either, instead of camoflaging my greys, they made me completely grey! The hair cut itself wasn't done badly but she totally missed the brief and for $200 i want to walk out feeling great. Nothing but regret for going there as once your hair is cut short, you can't put it back!
