Not me but my missus just came in today to get her hair dyed lighter. Shes crying in the chair at the studio because you've dyed it pitch black and poor girl is distraught at home because shes slowly being working on getting it lighter for months... Then after obviously screwing up youve had the nerve to charge her?!? If you want to sort this out call her back and give her a refund because shes to nice to ask or put her foot down. You know who im talking about
