Fantastic. I usually have my hair cut in Sydney, but needed a full service while here in MR. Awesome team. Very professional and a great job. I left very happy and feeling like a princess - just what you need from a colour, cut & blow dry. I would definitely come here again.
Professional, accommodating, straight talking.
I went in to my appointment with Nadine knowing I had several inches of badly damaged ends, but hoping to make a deal with the devil to keep my hard earned length. She took the time to chat with me about my options, made a recommendation for what she thought would be best for the long term health of my hair, but left the decision completely in my hands and was willing to humour me by taking a tiny amount off the ends, whilst also being upfront that that would amount to an ongoing cycle of damage.
I really appreciated that Nadine took the time to really listen to my needs and concerns, offer her professional advice, but was also willing to take only the amount that I asked. In my experience, this is rare. I’ve often had hairdressers go rogue, with one taking off six inches of perfectly healthy hair, when I’d only gone in for a trim.
I appreciated her upfront and honest approach as well as her flexibility and willingness to walk me through it, giving me updates along the way and adapting the plan as we went.
For me there is no better combination than straight talking and flexibility, and it was this that gave me the confidence to ultimately trust her with the big chop. So whilst I’m still grieving the loss of my tattered and sun bleached ends, I’m really happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Nadine to anyone
