What an unprofessional outfit. I was shocked (to say the least) to receive an abusive reply via Facebook messenger when I turned up to my booked appointment to find the salon closed....for the second time in a row. The time prior to this was Xmas week so I understood the late arrive due to traffic. This time however I waited 20mins before sending a message via the Facebook page (obviously the phone was ringing inside the salon) stating that I was currently standing outside a closed business and would anyone be turning up for my booking. What I received in reply was abuse, swearing and all the trimmings (and not of my hair)!!! What shocked me most was that the person replying was telling me to stop abusing her!!! Not once was this the case...She was rude, unprofessional and extremely ill-mannered! To those of you who go to this salon...or those thinking about it good luck (you'll need it)!!! This was an is no way to treat anyone especially when you are trying to run a business!!!!!! If I could rate a zero I would!
