I sufer from alopecia and other autoimmune diseases. That is eating my hair away. So when l consulted with AfroStyles it was for my daughter because l never had hope for mine. Doctors had said nothing can be done to grow my hair even worse they said l had to be on meds for suppression to save the remaining hair the problem is the hair they wanted to keep( doctors) was very unhealth not worth me being on strong meds for and after each consultation l saw no results. When l brought my daughter for consultation an l showed Sanday my hair. Her words were l can help. I was sceptical l thought doctors said no hope, my hair is thin just by combing it all falls out later on plaits. No matter what conditioner l used or how much l moisturiserd my hair it was going. I wanted to shave it all but my kids were against it. So l let my trust on Sanday. We had the first plaits my hair didnt fall out so l thougjt woo grate. I made the choice not to take meds bse it was not worth it given the condition it was in.
Not only did she find a suitable hair style she braided my hair and it all didn't fall out. When l removed my hair and had my doctor's demartology consultation the doctors said that my scalp was in great condition and that the inflammation that they tried to get rid of by medicine had worked by the way Sanday treated my hair. After one year of failure l got hope. When l took braids out my hair was moisturised and the health had improved. We then braided again. When we took out braids after 2nd time not only had it grown, it was stagnate by the way before Sandy. So it grew, was fuller my scalp was the freshest l had ever felt in 3 years without pain to see such long healthy hair l have no words to explain. I can only put before and now pictures for people to see what l have been through and what by Gods Grace Sanday and her team at AfroStyles have done for me.
