I had my hair done by Nicola. She was so welcoming upon arrival, knowing that I was very eager to fix my crazy outgrown hair which had been bleach blonde for as long as I remember. I explained to her what I wanted done, showing her various photos of hair that was a little bit more natural and not so harsh and told her to do what she thought would look good for me. Nicola took such care in doing my hair that I had never experience anywhere else. The process was clearly done with the best customer outcome in mind. I left the salon feeling so fresh and confident and a few weeks later I still feel the exact same way. She provided me with a colour that suited my skin tone and that I would find easy to maintain.
