I support local business, and this is so unpleasant to write. Sarina did such a poor job that I am concerned about her credentials. Unable to share photos here to show. One side is 3 inches longer than the other. She refused to fix saying it was ‘even when I left’. (Yes, gaslit by the hairdresser). I was too upset to notice when I left due to shock at length being some 5 inches shorter than discussed (and example photo she shared). If she’d acknowledged any of this, or worked with me to fix, I would not be posting. She offered only to trim the layers in a few weeks when it ‘settled’. She was strangely insistent upon payment upfront, so I’m out of pocket getting it fixed elsewhere.
