I came in about a two months ago to have my hair coloured and cut. I wanted an apricot colour over my dark hair. I was happy to accept that I wouldn't reach the colour immediately. The hairdresser did a half head of foils however the colour ended up being quiet patchy and wasn't the balayage blend I was expecting. I left it thinking it would even out after a wash but I still wasn't 100% happy the next day. I contacted the salon with some photos. They were immediately apologetic and happy to fix my hair.
I couldn't find a time in my calendar to come back to the salon, so I left it. They followed me up with the appointment and did their best to accomodate me on a busy Friday. They did a full head of foils and recolour. They explained that the product used was a new product and they weren't happy with it themselves. What came next was a complete shock. They didn't charge me at all for treatment even though my second session was longer and more detailed, involving more product and time.
I also brought in my four year old with me and they were super sweet and accomodating of her. I've had mistakes made before by salons, and this hands down was the best management of this issue. I highly recommend them and absolutely love my new hair colour! Absolute professionals. I highly recommend.
