They were nice. They assured that I would get the hair I wanted at the start and that were very excited for the results. I was fine with the colour but it wasn't what I asked for. I had lost half my hair because it had snapped off. The hair cut is also so bad, its uneven. I had lost the back parts of my hair and a short hair cut would not fix it. The "senior" stylist was very rough on my hair and kept pulling the foils, not even unwrapping them carefully. Was very uncomfortable as she wasn't gentle and her constant pulling on my hair kept tangling with my piercings. They didn't advise that this would happen to my hair, and if they did I wouldn't have gone through with it. I'm so disappointed with my hair. I do not recommend this salon :(
