I used this service a while ago. I was charged over $200 for a style cut that wasn't what I wanted. Granted, the owner stepped in and deftly corrected it but made no apologies for the inept staffmember saying it was my hair that was the issue. So I went to another hairdresser that didn't find my hair to be an issue. This outfit isn't hopeless but I do find their business practices questionable.
