The lady hairdresser agreed to cut my hair a certain style which I provided photos of. Halfway through the cut she decides she wont do it the way I asked (the way every hairdresser does it) i.e thinning my hair out properly on top. So she then refuses to complete the cut as agreed and quite rudely stating ‘go somewhere else if you want to thin the top more’ I am then still expected to pay for a haircut I have to go and finish elsewhere, and on top of that I have to walk to withdraw $30 cash for a cut that was half finished. Yeah...displeasing and disappointing customer experience to say the least.
