Incredibly overpriced for the service received. You would expect value for money when paying $95 for a hair cut. I could of received better service paying half the price at just cuts. I believe your staff need to be taught the importance of good customer service. Also, pretty disappointing when the lady next to myself was offered a curl finish and I only received a dry off. Won’t be going back to Vivala Blonde again.
