I've trusted Jo with my hair for almost 10 years, she's never led me astray. She accepts that I'm not the type to own a hairdryer, has the time to style my hair in the morning or able to come in frequently, so she adapts my cut to suit my life. She's not afraid of a challenge either, we've gone through all the colours of the rainbow in my hair. I always look forward to sharing a doughnut with her and swapping cat stories while she skillfully saves me from looking like a 2010 Justin Bieber.
