worst experience I've ever had at a salon ever, $360 for foils that weren't done properly and rushed, said all they could do is to 'try and fix it' but I don't trust them with my hair so they won't give me a refund. save your time and money.
Hannah girl is really rude and disrespectful to customers. Our appointment got removed from their books to put someone else in. Partner left a review about this matter after he tried to clarify the situation and had the same girl be rude to him. Manager then called me, talked over the top of me the entire time, and then notified me that we are banned from the store because we left a bad review.
