Emily was my stylist and I felt comfortable with her instantly - she is down to earth, funny and easy to talk to. She confidently communicated what we were setting out to do in the appointment (it was a big change with both my colour and style) and I am completely thrilled with the end result. Yes, the services are on the higher end with pricing, but I think it's appropriate for the level of service.
