Edit: whilst I understand I have no attends this ‘business’ I am writing from experience exposure. I was calling on the behalf of someone who was inconsolable and felt like she couldn’t talk to them. So my recommendation is a big NO for this salon. I have tried to attain the refund policy and procedure and yet nothing and no one has gotten back to me.
Appalling service when asked about a haircut that was done wrong. They hung up on me and told me I wasn’t allowed to access their policy and procedures.
