I met Nicole through my sister. I found it very hard to find a hairdresser who made me feel comfortable, and knew how to work with my hair. As soon as you step into Hanrahan Hair, you are instantly at ease. It's a beautifully lit and decorated salon, with an open floor plan.
You are greeted with a smile, and sat down with a cup of tea or coffee, while Nicole gets you ready for your service. Never have i met someone who could foil so fast! When it's time to wash your hair, you experience a luxurious head massage. Nicole's products are of premium quality, and the lemongrass hot towel is my favourite part at the basin.
When it's time for your cut, Nicole cuts your hair at the actual length you've asked for. She's also a wizard with a hairdryer and flat iron for curls. I'm never left flat.
Nicole's prices are affordable, and she goes above and beyond for you.
I eagerly look forward to my hair appointments now. I always walk out of the salon completely relaxed, feeling and smelling amazing.
Nicole and Chloe were extemely rude! I came into the hairdressers after a hard day at work to be criticised and verbally abused for my thick curly hair because it was going to take them a longer time to do even though there were no other customers in the salon? (I can see why). I also accidentally left my jacket there and so they left it outside on the dirty concrete. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not recommend this salon at all.
