Very bad!!
For the past four years I have been here and I can say almost every time I have left extremely upset and disappointed in the outcome of my hair. One of these times I asked for golden blonde highlights where they instead dyed the whole top coat grey! The more recent time I paid $250 to get my hair 'temporarily straightened (3-4 months) where they stated that it would reduce the fuzz and turn the curl to a wave. Instead, my hair turned out to be exactly the same as it was before, possibly even more fuzzy. I went back down to show them my hair and how their product didn't work and all they said was that "it looks slightly better, less fuzz than before". Umm excuse m, last time I checked I didn't pay $250 of my hard earned money to reduce only a small portion of the fuzz on my hair when at the start you told me it would reduce it all. They didn't reimburse me or other another form of treatment leaving me to see how truly bad the customer service is a Head Strong. This has been the last straw and I will never return here. I would definitely not recommend. Save your money and your time. You'll only leave disappointed and full of regret
