Don't bother. Made an appointment for my daughter for 1.30. They still took 20 mins to get to her and during that time, there were walk ins going in before us. Then they straight away examined my daughters hair for nits and said they couldn't do it as she had live lice in her hair. I tried to explain to then it was dandruff (she has excema and as a result dry scalp) and show them it was loose and they are literally screaming at me, 'Don't do that, you'll close the salon by getting everyone infected with nits'. During this time, they are having other staff come by and look at her hair too.
My daughter was horrified and crying by this time. Then they had the gaul to tell me how to get rid of nits and ask if I would like to make an appointment for the following week. You can imagine my reply to THAT.
I cant believe how my daughter was treated. I noticed they never examined an adults hair, it was straight away into the cut, colour or wash.
They are discriminatory, rude, disrespectful, nasty and unapologetic.
Go to a proper salon, spend a bit more money but get proper service, respect and your appointment at your time you booked for.
