I went in for a hair cut, wanted to go quite short from shoulder length, I have quite thich coarse wavy hair, an it is curly at the back also. I said to her I dont want to have to style it everyday and only if its going to sit and look ok, she said it would be ok. Being a hairdresser i took her word for it.. worst mistake I have made, it was fine for the first few days until the blow dry and everything started to fade, and after washing it it is horrendous! It looks like it has just been hacked. I woukd never thought i would say i miss my hair! I have become quite upset, depressed about it as there is nothing i can do that makes it look half decent.
I have messaged them twice to talk about it but i have not had any responses from anyone . They have seen the messages, but ate obviously ignoring me.
