Just horrible experience. Three hours and 140 dollars later and here was the outcome: Hair colour still staining the back of my neck, ears and scalp. Cut my hair too short without asking and shrugged when pointed out. No conversation. Left alone while they had conversations with blow ins. Will never go back.
First time to this salon, and I had a really lovely experience with Gemma working on my hair. My hair is long dark curly thick chemically treated (mostly grown out). I was honest about the state of my hair & she helped me to work on what I really wanted for my new hair style and what could be reasonably achieved. Half head foils with money piece, treatment, trim, blow wave & iron for what I believe is a reasonable price $265. Can’t wait to go back for my next touch up! :-)
