Mornington's own, Burger Heaven is the Home of the Smashed Burger.
Our philosophy is simple: for the best possible flavoured burgers, we smash them!
We use a specially-designed “smashing” tool, that presses each burger onto the griddle, metal to metal, giving you a beautiful caramelized crust, by a process known as the “Maillard Reaction”, which ensures crusty, well flavored, juicy patties, every time!
Then it’s over to us to smash your burger, figuratively of course.
It’s truly burger “heaven”!!!
