I really don’t like putting up negative reviews, but every time I look at my grouting in the kitchen/bathroom, or open or TRY to shut my bathroom door I’m reminded of how annoyed I am with the quality of work. I contacted Tim last week and was informed that as it’s been a year since the work he won’t look at the issues. These actually started not long after the work was completed, but I’ve had my hands full with trying to rebuild the house after the flood, hence the delay that I informed him about. The bathroom door has never been hinged properly, now it can’t shut. The grout is so porous that it wipes out whilst trying to wipe the tiles clean. Very unhappy
