Absolutely the worst and laziest customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a quantity of Milwaukee kit and some ancillary items, two of which I was told I would have to pick up from another store. I informed the "salesperson" that I was away for another 6 days, this being plenty to assemble my order (via email) I arrive to collect and told they have still not bothered to organise these items, not only haven't they joke about it.
Well Sydney tools, you sure have a couple of them at your butler store.
I will not be back. Total tools can teach your clowns some customer service skills.
