Had a CONFIRMED appointment for lash extensions on Friday 4 June. Turned up and rang the doorbell. No answer. Sent a text to say I was there, no reply. Sat outside in my car for 15 minutes and waited. Rang a few times but no answer so went home. Never got a reply, an explanation or apology. Extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional.
