I had a horrible experience here. My eyebrows are ruined! I trusted the so called "professional" and she turned on me the very second I said I was not happy with the results. I would not recommend. What I would recommend is saving a little extra money and going to a professional who has been in the permanent eyebrow industry a bit longer. She wont even take my photo down after requested nicely mainly because it's false advertising because my eyebrows didn't look like that for long. She did microblading on my eyebrows 4 times within about 7 months which I did not know you aren't meant to do. I just trusted her. She wiped her hands clean of the situation telling me to "pencil them in" after being more then happy to take money and not taking into consideration or feeling bad that a customer had been left devastated by the outcome of the work done. I never even got an apology for being devastated by the outcome not a care at all..

Would just like to add on after the ridiculous reply. They never contacted you back because I said I would take the matter to small claims court. Just because I did not get a refund through them does not mean you are correct or "won". It means they can't force you if you do not agree they are just a middle man to try and work with both parties so you are incorrect if you thought you "won' with you "evidence" they cant force you...hence why going to small claims is the next option for anyone going through that avenue. I also have plenty of evidence on my eyebrows if i could post photos here they would say enough. My actual eyebrows says it all. But hey word of mouth is worse then a review and when people ask what happened to my eyebrows I will definitely tell them who did them as I wouldn't want them to end up with these. I'm aloud my review and feelings on the matter and the only one time I have contacted you since was to ask if my photo could be taken down off your page as its false advertising they only looked like that for about a month but you did not.. again i have all the photos of how horrible they look. Other then that I have not contacted you so if you feel the need to contact whoever you need to that is fine as I have made no threats not even nasty messages even when I contacted you to take my photo down i was polite. You asked me to take down my money hungry status Mnand the comment your page which i did. I am aloud to leave reviews and im aloud to spread word of mouth.. or really they just need to look at eyebrows and see not to go to you. The agreement was to delete what I had written which I did. To be honest I deserved a full refund for the disgusting mess of my eyebrows you made. I have nothing positive to say about you. You made my experience terrible and couldn't not have cared less about the devastated person left behind. I know of 3 people who have been to you. One being a recommendation from me and each one has not returned. Why do you think that is?. There is no agreement on me saying I'm not aloud to have my say in this experience. Again leaving a review on my own personal experience is not defamation or harassment it's a review if you don't like a review maybe work on your professionalism and care for paying customers
