It's also called Ramains of Former Palmerston Town Hall. This stone building was built in 1883 and ruined by Cyclone Tracy last century. Next to Visitor Information Centre (Former Reverse Bank of Australia). Nice to visit a cluster of historical buildings when walking along Smith street in CBD. Convenient. Bus terminal is there.
