We loved this area! There is a deep river crossing getting into here so we parked before it and walked in on the side of the creek to get in, it’s only 1 km from there to the start of the gorge walk. Make sure you do the whole hike and go to the MacMicking Pool which is only a 4.8 km return walk. This hike is full of adventure with heaps of boulder hopping, wading through water and stunning views throughout. The last pool is so magical and we were the only ones there.
