Very nice place to go for long walks, with or without your dog/dogs. There are nice walking trails. Some sections are paved and others are dirt tracks or just grassy tracks.
There are people riding along on their bikes as well. Very peaceful and calm all along the way. In some places you come across the stream flowing past and this adds to the vibe of the place. There's a section, where you go under Main North Road near the Old Spot Hotel where you can hear the sounds of the traffic rushing by, bus other than that it's very quiet.
There's adequate parking area for those who like to drive to the location. There's also a fenced in dog park near the Fenden Road end of the trail..
