A historical building right on the edge of the old open mine. A place not to miss when driving between Perth and Port Hedland.

We forgot to check reviews and we had drove out and see a sign up saying Mine Site Keep Out - so disappointed as we booked to stay here three nights in Cue to fully explore the area.

Couldn’t make it to Walga Rock either as road heavily corrugated and we were in a 2WD motorhome MB Sprinter we made it only just to the ghost town Big Bell but had to turn around and miss out on Walga Rock ..

Will learn from this experience and perhaps phone ahead for road conditions and if popular sites are open …
