This amazing place of history is well hidden and not very well known at all. It's accessible from Maylands Reserve and located towards the rivers edge. It has some fantastic history about Maylands and the early settlers in Maylands including information on other landmarks and historical sites within Maylands.

Chase Farm is part of Peninsula Farm which belongs to "The National Trust"and if well worth a visit if you want to learn more about Maylands History.

The picture is of an existing building on the site.

Well kept piece of Western Australian history Chase farm on Tranby Reserve is where Schulstad's Dairy Farm and the engineering works used to be. There are information panels full of the historical events that took place on this interesting west Australian landmark. The building on the site with the information panels is the exact spot the original Chase farm homestead was situated. There is still the farms original water well located here.
