About Miegunyah House Museum

Miegunyah House Museum is the home of The Queensland Women's Historical Association and is dedicated to sharing the colonial history of Brisbane and Queensland. We are open to the public for guided tours or our heritage listed house and offer Devonshire Teas on the verandah.

Tours are available on Wednesdays at 1pm, Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm and 3pm. Bookings are essential and can be made by emailing us, or directly through our website. Always check our website for any changes to our opening times.

The QWHA is proudly supported by Brisbane City Council through a Historical Organisation Assistance Grant and by the Queensland Government Department of Environment and Science through a 2022 Community Sustainable Action Grant.
