They took a deposit to make a booking for a 3 bedroom unit.After 2 days I had to contact Paula to verify that my booking was confirmed in which she informed me that someone else got the booking. She didn’t have the courtesy to contact me that this was the case, I had to contact her..Needing a 3 bedroom place we had to pay extra money due to accommodation booking out for larger units. Paula stated that my deposit would be returned that afternoon and so far no deposit back. I have emailed her several times asking when my deposit will be returned but she has failed to reply. Very unprofessional and would not recommend booking through this company.
